SUMMER MOOD VILLAS
Summer Mood Villas are two independent villas in a plot of 4500 m2 at Agios Sostis in Mykonos, only 300m from the beach. The “Summer Mood villa”, that can accommodate 12+2 guests and the “Summer Mood Villa Plus”, which can also accommodate 12+2 guests. Both villas can sleep up to 24+4 guests. Each one has its own private pool and both have an unobstructed view to the Agean Sea.
Each 250 m2 villa consists of 3 levels.
The first floor of each villa has 2 sunny bedrooms each one with its own balcony open to sunshine. Also in the same level there are 2 bathrooms.
The middle level of each villa has one bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a beautiful and comfortable living room with fireplace. Outside in the same level, there is a large outdoor dining area with a BBQ, a marble table and a stone built sofa, where you can enjoy the sensational view all day long, as the bamboo pergola provides shade and protection.
The lower level of the “Summer Mood Villa” consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a cozy sitting room and one independent guest room with bedroom and bathroom. In the sitting room there are 2 single sofa beds. Outside, on this level, there is a private area where the pool is located. From there you can enjoy the incredible seaview and the endless blue sky.
The lower level of the “Summer Mood Villa Plus” consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and one independent guest room with bedroom and bathroom. Inside one of the two bigger bedrooms there are 2 sofa beds. Outside, on this level, there is also a private pool area. From there you can enjoy the incredible seaview and the endless blue sky.
Summer Mood Villas are close to a traditional greek restaurant next to the beach and only 800m from Panormos bay where you can find an all-day bar restaurant with gourmet dishes and cocktails, by the sea.
